Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what personal data Nuvora Lab collects through this website, what it uses it for and what rights you have over it. We only collect what we need to reply to the people who write to us.
Who is responsible
Nuvora Lab, founded by Rainer Quiterio, is responsible for the data this site collects.
What data we collect
- What you give us in the contact form: your name, your email and your message.
- Visit data without cookies and without identifying you, such as page views, country and the type of device or browser, through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Whatever you tell us if you write to us on WhatsApp or by email.
What we use it for
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
- To reply to your message and follow up on your request.
- To understand how the site is used, through aggregate statistics.
Who we share it with
We use providers to run the site. They only receive what they need to deliver their service:
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, handles the domain email, checks that the form is sent by a person (Turnstile) and measures visits.
- Resend: sends the message you write in the form to our inbox.
Cookies and storage
This site does not use its own cookies or advertising cookies. Your browser stores a single preference, the light or dark theme, which never leaves your device.
Cloudflare's anti-spam check (Turnstile) may use its own technologies to tell people from automated programs, and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as it is needed to handle your request and maintain the business relationship. We delete it if you ask us to, unless we must keep it because of a legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it or delete it, and to stop using it. Write to the contact email and we will reply.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here, with its date.
